Why is there no tracking update?
Tracking updates may be delayed due to factors like customs clearance or carrier delays. If there’s no update after 48 hours, please contact us.
Why didn't I get a shipment notification email?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, ensure your email address was entered correctly at checkout.
Why is my order marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive. Please wait 48 hours. If it still hasn’t arrived, check with neighbors or contact the carrier.
Why was my order returned to sender or refused?
This can happen due to incorrect address details or delivery issues. Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.
What can I do if the delivery of my parcel was unsuccessful?
Verify your shipping address and contact the carrier for re-delivery options. If issues persist, reach out to our customer service.
